AMP Horizons Academy - paid training and development for aspiring Financial Planners

The program

Our unique, 12 month paid training program is designed to educate and develop aspiring financial planners. Starting with 10-weeks of intensive training at the AMP Horizons Academy in Sydney, followed by an additional nine months on-the-job training in a Horizons practice in your home state.

It’s intensive, but very worthwhile – you’ll graduate as a confident, competent Financial Planner.

It’s interesting, rewarding work – allowing you to build long-lasting trusted relationships, you’ll advise real clients, making a real difference to their lives. During your year, you’ll be supported and mentored by experienced Financial Planners who’ll equip you to guide people on how to make better financial choices.

Our program is open to applicants from a variety of backgrounds; our year long structured training program will ensure you are up to speed from a technical and practical perspective.

• To be eligible to join our program you will need tier one compliance in the following competencies:

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Current full drivers licence for your relevant state or territor
